# Opt profiles into an active product drop

> Use the Kova Dashboard to manually select which profiles run for each product in a live drop. Learn how eligibility, bulk controls, and drop endings affect selections.

A **drop** is a published product list that your operator creates. Kova lets you choose which of your eligible profiles may attempt checkout for each product inside that drop. This gives you full control over which accounts participate, even when multiple profiles share the same credentials or region preferences.

Every active drop has exactly one product list at a time. When an operator publishes a new list, Kova archives the previous list automatically while keeping the full selection history intact.

## Opt profiles into a product

1. Open the Kova Dashboard and go to **Products**.
2. Select the active drop you want to configure.
3. Click a product to open its selection panel.
4. For each eligible profile, toggle it **On** to opt it into that product.

<Note>
  Every eligible profile starts **unselected**. You must opt each profile into each product explicitly. Kova never automatically enrolls profiles.
</Note>

## Use bulk controls

If a product has many eligible profiles, you can use the bulk toggle above the list to turn **all eligible profiles on or off** for that product at once. After a bulk action, you can still adjust individual profiles before saving.

## Understand profile flags and warnings

* **Paused checkout**: A profile whose checkout is paused is visibly flagged in the selection panel, even if it is toggled On. Pause checkout in [Checkout Controls](/profiles/checkout-controls) before you rely on that profile.
* **No eligible profile**: If a product has no compatible profile at all, Kova shows a message explaining that no eligible profile exists.

## What happens when a drop ends

When a drop ends, Kova hides its product selectors from the Dashboard and removes it from the current operator export filters. Your selection history is still preserved, so past choices remain auditable.
