# Review Your Activity History

> See a private audit trail of every profile, import, IMAP, invoice, and settings change made on your Kova account.

The Activity page is a private audit trail of changes made on your Kova account. Only you can see it. Open **Dashboard → Activity** to review it.

## What Kova records

Activity entries cover:

* Profile creation, updates, duplication, and deletion
* Bulk profile actions
* Profile imports
* Retailer and profile checkout switch changes
* Product selections
* IMAP account changes and test results
* Invoice events (created, paid, voided)
* Settings changes and data exports

## What Kova does not record

Metadata is limited to non-secret context such as retailer, counts, nicknames, and timestamps.

  Passwords, card numbers, CVVs, and mailbox secrets are never written to activity entries.
</Warning>

## Using activity

Use Activity to:

* Confirm an import ran and how many rows were accepted.
* Trace when a profile or IMAP account was last changed.
* Verify that a bulk action affected the expected number of profiles.
