Common problems

Problem	What to check
No IMAP account appears in the profile form	Add an IMAP account, make sure it is enabled, and save valid credentials.
IMAP test fails	Verify the provider host, port, SSL/TLS setting, username, and app-specific password or token.
An account-based profile will not save	Confirm the retailer password and an enabled member-owned IMAP account are both present.
Phone validation fails	Enter exactly 10 digits. Formatting characters are accepted but removed during validation.
ZIP validation fails	Enter exactly five numeric digits.
Card validation fails	Use a valid 12 to 19 digit card number, a future expiration, and a three or four digit CVV.
An import row is invalid	Read the preview message. Confirm required address fields and a matching account row for account-based retailers.
A profile is missing from an operator export	Turn on the retailer and profile checkout controls, fix readiness warnings, and opt into the relevant product when a product filter is used.
No products appear	The Kova team has not published an active product list, or the current products do not support the retailers on your profiles.
No orders appear	Add and enable IMAP, test the connection, then run the first inbox sync. Only supported retailer messages are parsed.
The session appears expired	Sign in with Discord again. The signed session lasts at most 12 hours and the browser marker is non-persistent.
