In Kova, a checkout profile is a complete identity and payment package for one retailer. Each profile contains your delivery address, optional billing override, an optional encrypted payment card, a retailer account login, and an IMAP email assignment. Because profiles live in separate retailer tables, exports stay scoped to that retailer and never leak across stores. Profiles are available for Target, Walmart, Pokemon Center, Costco, and Sam’s Club.

Actions you can take on profiles

From the Profiles workspace you can manage every profile through the following actions.

Search, sort, and view

  • Search by the displayed identity data, such as name or address.
  • Sort by last update or by full name.
  • Switch between grid and table views to match your preference.

Duplicate a profile

Duplicating copies the entire profile, including the encrypted payment card and retailer account data. You can duplicate a profile when you want to reuse the same identity with a small change instead of building a new profile from scratch.
You cannot duplicate an account-based profile until it has both a stored retailer password and a usable IMAP account that is enabled. This applies to Target, Walmart, Costco, and Sam’s Club.

Edit or delete profiles

  • Edit opens the same four-step form used during creation. You can update the account email, shipping address, billing override, payment card, IMAP assignment, or retailer password.
  • Delete permanently removes the profile.
Deleting a profile also removes any product selections tied to it.

Bulk actions

  • Select multiple profiles and delete them at once.
  • Assign one enabled IMAP account to multiple selected profiles in a single action.

Needs-attention flag

Profiles that are missing a retailer password or a usable IMAP assignment show a needs-attention indicator. Review these profiles before checkout exports begin so they remain eligible.
