Creating a checkout profile in Kova adds a complete identity and payment record for one retailer. You can open any retailer workspace and choose Add Profile, or start from the Profiles overview and select Add Profile there.
Account-based retailers (Target, Walmart, Costco, Sam’s Club) require an enabled IMAP account. Pokemon Center supports IMAP but does not require it.

Account

Enter the checkout email address for this profile.
  • For Target, Walmart, Costco, and Sam’s Club: also enter the retailer account password and select an enabled IMAP account that belongs to the member.
  • For Pokemon Center: IMAP is recommended but not required, and no retailer password is requested.

Shipping

Fill in the recipient details:
  • First and last name
  • Street address
  • Optional address line 2
  • City
  • State
  • Five-digit ZIP code
  • Ten-digit phone number

Billing

By default, billing is set to Same as shipping address. If you turn this off, enter:
  • Billing first and last name
  • Billing street address
  • Optional billing line 2
  • Billing city
  • Billing state
  • Five-digit billing ZIP code
  • Ten-digit billing phone number

Payment

Adding a payment card is optional. When you enter one:
  • Card number must be 12 to 19 digits and pass a Luhn validation check.
  • Expiration month and year are both required. The manual form offers the current year plus the next 11 years. Server and import validation accept up to 20 years in the future.
  • CVV must be 3 or 4 digits.
  • Kova encrypts the full card number and CVV before storage. Only the last four digits remain visible afterward.
