What Kova records
Activity entries cover:- Profile creation, updates, duplication, and deletion
- Bulk profile actions
- Profile imports
- Retailer and profile checkout switch changes
- Product selections
- IMAP account changes and test results
- Invoice events (created, paid, voided)
- Settings changes and data exports
What Kova does not record
Metadata is limited to non-secret context such as retailer, counts, nicknames, and timestamps.Using activity
Use Activity to:- Confirm an import ran and how many rows were accepted.
- Trace when a profile or IMAP account was last changed.
- Verify that a bulk action affected the expected number of profiles.
