What the export includes
- Account identity from Discord (username, ID, email)
- Your preferences and default retailer
- Non-secret profile address and contact fields, grouped by retailer
- Non-secret IMAP connection metadata (nickname, host, port, TLS, enabled state)
What the export excludes
The export intentionally leaves out sensitive fields:- Retailer account passwords
- IMAP usernames and app passwords or tokens
- Full card numbers and CVVs
- Any data belonging to other members
Only the last four digits of card numbers are stored in clear text for identification, and even those are omitted from the export.
When to export
Common reasons to export:- Keep an offline backup of your profile addresses.
- Review what Kova has stored about your account.
- Migrate profile data into your own tooling.
